Teenager outside of juvenile facility, looking into the distance

What's Next

Part of the reason that these complex and challenging problems endure is because we don’t make the effort to understand them from the point of view of the people experiencing them. That makes it hard to develop responsive solutions — and even when we have great ideas, our systems aren’t structured to implement them in meaningful and adaptive ways.

Ask yourself: What would change if you started from a place of seeking to understand a problem with curiosity and creativity rather than attempting to match an existing solution to a problem you think that you already understand?

We encourage you to explore our resources in order to apply some of these ideas right away.
